This machine is designed for sealing aluminum caps, specifically for crimping threads on bottles such as oral liquid bottles, syrup bottles, or vials. The capping section adopts a four-blade magnetic torque crimping system for sealing, ensuring the sealed threads are neat in appearance and the seal is secure.

This models machine mainly use conveying into bottles, using high-precision cam indexing devices for equal positioning, and intermittent operation of single or double stations within the disc, using single or double heads for rotation,capping; The capping part is flattened by three knives according to the cap type, Four knife capping (two knife thread, two knife sealing), the capping part is smooth and smooth, fully meeting the capping requirements. The continuous model adopts a continuous operation method for capping or rolling, where the continuous capping method uses grippers for grasping and one-time capping.
The machine features a rational design, stable and reliable operation, and is easy to operate and maintain. It fully complies with GMP requirements. Additionally, this machine is equipped with a function to stop operation when no bottles are present.
