YYXG -Automatic Capping Machine
This machine is mainly suitable for capping,screwing of caps for bottles of different materials and specifications. It is applicable to screw caps, duckbill caps, tamper-evident caps, etc. Equipped with a constant-torque capping head, the pressure can be adjusted conveniently. It features a compact and reasonable structure, and can be easily linked with other equipment to form a production line. This equipment fully complies with GMP requirements.

This models machine mainly use conveying into bottles, using high-precision cam indexing devices for equal positioning, and intermittent operation of single or double stations within the disc, using single or double heads for rotation,capping; The bottle management method adopts oscillation, centrifugal, elevator and other methods, and the cap removal method adopts hanging cap, pneumatic capping, and mechanical arm positioning capping. The capping is completed by mechanical arm positioning in one go, and the capping is rotated by servo capping head, combined with the top bottle structure to prevent the bottle from rotating. When the torque value reaches, it automatically stops running, effectively ensuring packaging.
