YYGJSX -Automatic Cream Filling Stoppering Capping Machine
This machine is the main filling and capping unit in cream production line. It can be used for filling,stoppering and screwing caps (or aluminum caps) on glass bottles and plastic bottles, and can be customized according to customer requirements. It fully complies with GMP standards.

This machine adopts a conveyor belt for bottle feeding and a conveyor belt positioning filling structure for automatic filling. The upper hopper is equipped with heating and heat preservation functions according to customer requirements. It uses a single servo-driven ceramic pump for metering filling. For the plug and cap sorting part, an elevator is used to lift and feed plug and caps, which are delivered to the robotic arm's cap-picking station via the cap dropping track. After the filled bottles enter the turntable, the fiber optic sensor detects the presence of bottles, and then the caps are automatically picked, placed, and pre-screwed. The capping is performed by means of servo-driven capping. After capping is completed, the fully packaged products are output.
