The bottles are conveyed to the turntable via a conveyor belt for intermittent operation, and then enter the filling station in sequence. For filling, options include peristaltic pumps, stainless steel piston pumps, or ceramic pumps. A robotic arm is used for positioning, plug picking, and plug inserting, which is suitable for half-plugs or full-plugs. After plug insertion, the bottles are pushed out to the conveyor belt by the bottle-pushing structure and transported to the next packaging process.
