This rotary type bottle washing machine is suitable for automatically cleaning the inner and outer surfaces of cylindrical glass bottles made of various materials. Designed for a Class one hundred thousand clean room environment, it complies with GMP standards. It has the following features: adopting a vertical bottle washing design and an intermittent bottle in feed/out feed transmission system. Glass bottles are held by strip-shaped clamps and conveyed to each cleaning station. The machine performs internal flushing and external spraying with water and air in sequence, delivering fast cleaning speed and excellent cleaning results. Additionally, it features stable transmission, easy adjustment, and an elegant appearance.

This automatic rotary type bottle washing machine is suitable for automatically cleaning the inner and outer surfaces of various cylindrical or standard specification bottles. It adopts a disc structure. The bottles are transported by a conveyor belt to the bottle inlet screw, and the bottles are orderly transported to the bottle inlet dial through the bottle inlet screw. The mechanical arm completes the clamping of the bottles, the guide rail completes the flipping, and the bottle mouth is uniformly downward. The cleaning head is aligned with the bottle mouth, and the bottles complete flushing and gas flushing during operation, and the outer wall of the bottles is externally washed, The cleaned bottles are pulled into the conveyor belt by the bottle discharge pulley, and then transferred to the next packaging process through the conveyor belt.
This machine mainly uses mechanical principles and is easy to operate. It can be used by changing molds for different bottle types. It has the characteristics of fast cleaning speed, good cleaning quality, stable transmission, convenient adjustment, and beautiful appearance. The number of cleaning heads is selected according to the production capacity of customers, especially suitable for batch production.
