This automatic flip type bottle washing machine adopt straight line method, the bottle is transported by conveyor belt to the rinsing bottle outer wall station for outer wall cleaning. After cleaning, it enters the bottle picking station. When the fiber optic detects the bottle, it automatically flips the bottle clamp downwards, and the high-pressure water gun flushes the inside of the bottle. After passing through the solenoid valve, clean compressed air is preliminarily blown dry. After drying, the bottle is repeatedly flipped and placed on the conveyor belt. The bottle clamping device is opened, The cleaned bottles are transported by the conveyor belt to the next production process; This machine is suitable for various bottle shapes such as round necked bottles, flat bottles, square bottles, etc. It can run on conveyor belts and is suitable for small batch production of multiple bottle types. The flushing time can be set as needed. The number of cleaning heads can be customized based on production capacity and bottle specifications.This machine fully complies with the requirements of the new version of GMP!
