The washing process is carried out by alternating ultrasonic cleaning and the use of "two types of water and one type of air" (tap water, deionized water, and oil-free compressed air). This automatic ultrasonic bottle washing machine is suitable for vial and tube type bottles. The bottles are supplied to the bottle feeding wheel through the bottle supply turntable, and the bottles are sequentially moved into the track through the wheel. The water is poured into the track and then immersed in the ultrasonic water tank for ultrasonic cleaning. After being rinsed with primary and secondary water, and preliminarily dried with clean compressed air, the bottle body is flipped into consistent bottle mouth and output upwards, completing the cleaning process. This machine has high cleaning quality and is widely used for cleaning penicillin bottles, oral liquid bottles, and other bottles. It runs smoothly, has a low bottle breakage rate, and can be adjusted in speed. It is suitable for mass production. Changing the track and bottle feeding wheel can be used in multiple specifications. Changing the specifications is simple and convenient, and the number of channels selected according to production capacity requirements can correspondingly increase production capacity.
