This machine adopts a mesh belt for bottle feeding. After being filled with water, the bottles enter the water tank for ultrasonic cleaning, then are directionally conveyed to the lifting dial wheel by a screw. After being lifted, the bottles are clamped by a mechanical arm, flipped 180 degrees to make the bottle mouths face downward, and rotated continuously. Subsequently, they undergo alternating water and air cleaning in sequence. After cleaning, the bottles are flipped back to make the mouths face upward, and then sent to the next process via the bottle-discharging dial wheel.
All components of this machine that come into contact with the cleaning solution are made of stainless steel and non-toxic, corrosion-resistant materials. The entire working area is enclosed with transparent organic glass to prevent contamination from the external environment. It is equipped with water and air filters to ensure that the cleaning water and compressed air meet cleanliness requirements. The machine can be used as a standalone unit or integrated into a production line. By replacing the size-specific parts, it can be adapted for cleaning bottles of multiple specifications. This machine features high production speed and excellent cleaning quality, making it suitable for mass production. A customized version of this bottle washer for 100-500ml bottles is also available.
