YYLP -Automatic Bottle Unscrambler

  This machine main body is made of stainless steel, and the equipment consists of bottle storage hopper, bottle lifting belt, and bottle unscrambler hopper.

  During the production process, bottles are poured into the bottle storage hopper. When the optical fiber in the bottle arranging hopper detects a lack of bottles, the bottle-lifting belt operates automatically, lifting and conveying the bottles to the bottle arranging hopper at a constant speed in an orderly manner. As the turntable inside the bottle arranging hopper runs, the bottles will automatically enter the mold holes. After passing through the multi-bottle sweeping station, the bottles (originally with their mouths facing downward) will automatically flip to a mouth-upward position based on mechanical principles. Bottles with upward-facing mouths are directly discharged, effectively completing the automatic bottle arranging process.

  This machine features simple operation,just power it on and it is ready for use,and is widely applied in industries such as pharmaceuticals, food, and daily chemical engineering. Customization of this machine is available according to different requirements for bottle size and production capacity; the control part can also be manufactured as per specific requests.
