  Bottle use automatic bottle unscrambler or manual conveying, they are transported in an orderly manner to either linear positioning filling or circular in-position fractional filling. For creams and emulsions, auxiliary functions such as hopper heat preservation and heating, automatic feeding, and material level detection can be provided to enhance the equipment's automation capabilities.

  Once filling is completed in the filling section, the bottles move to the capping section for capping. The cap sorting process can utilize methods like vibrators, centrifugal cap sorting, and lifting cap feeding; the capping method (e.g., hanging capping, robotic arm directional capping) is selected based on the cap type. The capping section adopts servo-driven capping.After capping, the bottles are conveyed to the aluminum foil detection step: finished products without aluminum foil are rejected, while those with aluminum foil-lined caps are transferred via a conveyor belt to the aluminum foil sealing section for sealing. Finally, the sealed bottles undergo automatic labeling by a labeling machine, after which they are either collected in a bottle gathering unit or conveyed to the next packaging process via a conveyor belt.
