YYHKX -Automatic High Speed Plastic Tube Bottle Oral Liquid Filling Production Line

  Aiming at the issue of plastic bottle being unstable when standing, this machine adopts automatic bottle unscrambler used in conjunction with a filling capping machine. It utilizes an elevator hopper for bottle storage. The bottles are sequentially conveyed to a centrifugal hopper via an elevator belt for sorting and organizing, then guided and arranged into a uniform orientation to be output in a single row onto the conveyor belt of the filling machine. The conveyor belt orderly guides the bottles into the filling machine through a screw for automatic filling.

  If needed, an air washing structure can be optionally added before filling to blow and suck away dust and impurities inside the bottles prior to the filling process.The intermittent mode adopts a disc positioning method for filling, this production line commonly uses a single servo-driven plunger pump body for metering and filling.

  Automatic capping is performed by either hanging the caps or picking them up with a robotic arm, and the capping process adopts servo capping method, with the torque value adjustable via a touch screen. After capping, the bottles either enter a bottle collection tray for accumulation or are conveyed out via a conveyor belt to proceed to the next packaging process.
