  This production line consists of bottle feeding machine, ultrasonic bottle washing machine, tunnel sterilization oven, transitional bottle feeding machine, filling and stoppering machine, capping machine and labeling machine; it is suitable for 50-500ml infusion bottle and vaccine bottle production. Bottles are unwrapped from the bottle feeding tray platform, and sent to the ultrasonic bottle washing machine through the turntable to complete rough washing, water and air flushing, and then enter the tunnel oven to dry and sterilize. Complete automatic liquid filling in sequence, intermittent stoppering or continuous stoppering, and then send it to the capping machine via the conveyor belt for capping and capping. The production line has stable performance, low noise and no pollution. The whole line has an online automatic control function, and can be used as a stand-alone machine in addition to the online connection, and can provide a sterile isolation system.
